When Can You Return?

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.

What Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they arrived in a damaged or defective condition.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days through your original payment method or bank transfer.
